Salsamenteria Verdiana serves the best preserved meats, prepared dishes, cheeses and wines of the area around Parma, foods whose quality is not only certified and fully traceable, but which are also part of history itself.
Each product boasts a long tradition and to this day is still prepared as in the past, methods that take time and are passed on from father-to-son.

Salsamenteria Verdiana restaurants are decorated in the style of the old “salsamenterie”, or delicatessens, of the late-1800s, where the strains of Maestro Giuseppe Verdi accompany each meal. An informal, relaxed meal to be enjoyed with friends, sampling the traditional wholesomeness and goodness of the foods served.
